Description
This is an original signed Joseff of Hollywood brooch. I do not know it’s exact age but believe it was made between the 1940’s-1970’s. It’s a large statement piece that wears well because it is very lightweight as is all Joseff Jewelry. This jewelry was made to look real in Hollywood films. This brooch is in mint condition and measures 3 1/4” x 3”. A piece of Hollywood History.
Joseff of Hollywood was a jewelry firm, founded by Eugene Joseff
The firm was particularly noted for creating costume jewelry for many of the biggest films and movie stars of the 1930s and 1940s, including Shirley Temple in The Little Princess, Vivien Leigh in Gone with the Wind, and Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra.[2][3]
