We've made it easy to become an antique dealer at the Sherman Oaks Antique Mall
  • Alarmed and lit cases start at $79.00 per month. Spaces start at $250. We also have combination spaces with cases.
  • All agreements are month to month. A first month and an equivalent refundable security deposit are required to move in and a thirty day written notice to move out.
  • There is a 15% commission of gross sales that covers all point of sale expenses, charge card and check guarantee fees as well as a percentage incentive for employees.
  • A computerized monthly accounting statement is provided on the 10th of each month. We automatically deduct rent and send in the Sales Tax.
  • We provide an agressive advertising campaign with high visibility on the web as well as many print resources. In addition, we sponsor promotions and direct mailings throughout the year.
